Fixing task sync problems

If you would like to sync with Google Tasks but it doesn't work, please follow these instructions:

To let CalenGoo sync with Google Tasks, "Settings", "Tasks", "Enable Account" and "Sync with Google" has to be activated and you have to write your Google email and password into the appropriate fields.

If you are using Google's 2 step verification you have to generate and use an application specific password instead of your normal password in the password field of this screen. Please see here how to generate an application specific password:


Afterward the task sync should work. If it still doesn't work, please try to turn "Enable Account" off, return to the previous screen, then open "Tasks" again, turn "Enable Account" on again and return to the previous screen (using the "Back" button) again. The initial task sync should now check your password and download your tasks.
