Configuration

Here you can find some documentation about the configuration options of CalenGoo for Android.

You can find these configuration options by tapping the menu button when you are in the calendar view and choosing "Settings".

Visibility/Download

Here you can see a list of all calendars CalenGoo syncs with. It displays the Android calendars and additional calendars that you sync directly with Google.

Reminders

Contains some options how pop-up reminders are handled:

  1. Activate reminders:
Specifies if CalenGoo should display an alarm when there is a pop-up reminder for the current time.

  2. Sound:
Specifies if it should be an audible alarm.

  3. Blink:
Specifies if the LED of the device should blink to indicate the alarm.

  4. Vibrate:
Specifies if the device should vibrate.

  5. Insist (alert until acknowledged):
This will really remember you, it can even be quite annoying: The device will play sound/blink/vibrate until you stop the alarm.

Accounts

Here you can add additional Google Calendar accounts to sync with. The advantage of syncing directly with Google Calendar is that you can download more historical data (e.g. your full calendar) and see icons of events.

Display and Use

This menu contains options to change colors, fonts and other options to change the behavior and visualization of the app. Please see below for more details.

Maintenance

  1. Reset Settings:
Sets all settings back to their defaults.

  2. Reset Calendars:
Removes all data of all calendars except the calendars synced by Android. The next time you run the "Sync" function, it will re-download everything from Google.
